Payment

The order on the site is carried out through the Shopping Cart. After filling out the order form and choosing a payment method, the client will be redirected to the payment page of the selected payment service. Carefully check the address of the payment page in your browser, it should be the official page of the payment service and open exclusively via the secure HTTPS protocol.

After paying for the order, the client will be returned to the website of the online store opencartbot.com and informed by e-mail about the successful payment.

Delivery

Delivery means the provision of the ability to download a software product (extension), as well as obtain a key for it, if the licensing conditions provide for this and the order has been paid for. Delivery is not carried out in other ways other than providing access for downloading or sending by e-mail (if necessary) by prior agreement with the buyer.

When placing an order, if you are not our client, your personal account will be created for you.

In which you can: change your data, download extensions after payment, receive license keys, as well as view the accumulation history and methods of obtaining additional bonuses for paying for subsequent orders. The data for entering your personal account will be sent to your specified email address.

We undertake to provide access to the download, after paying for the extension, and the transfer of the key for the specified domain.

Transmission of digital materials on electronic media, by mail or other transport companies is not carried out.

The fact of delivery is the provision of access to the download of the extension with the information (notification) of the client about the access provided by e-mail.

Support is declared for all extensions, which means that the client will be able to access the order in his office for a period of at least the specified support period in the extension description.

We undertake to provide access to the order with the ability to download (receive) an extension in a paid order (section "Downloads" of the client's personal account on the site) for the entire declared support period, if the rules of the license agreement are not violated.

In case of violation of the rules of the license agreement, the extension is considered paid, delivered and the transaction is closed, and the Seller has the right to close the order and refuse to provide further service to the client who has violated the terms of the license agreement.

To access your orders, you need to log in (only authorized users have access to a personal account with a list of orders) and go to the My account - Downloads.
