Technical support is provided only for modules purchased at Requests for other modules in support are not considered and will go unanswered.

To resolve your issue, we may additionally ask you to provide access to the admin panel of your site in a dialog mode if we need to check the work of module. Less often, we need to access site files using FTP / SSH. If you are sure that we will need these accesses to solve the problem - you can provide them immediately, in the application message. This will greatly speed up the solution of the problem and make our work easier. We agree to use access to your site only to resolve the issue. Upon completion, you must immediately change the passwords to the access granted to us.

We will not be able to provide assistance for sites hosted on local servers (such as OpenServer, XAMPP), as it is not possible to remotely test the modules on your computer.

To speed up the problem, you need to describe the problem as clearly as possible, provide links to screenshots of the problem (use screenshot services Greenshot, PicPick, Monosnap), specify the version of the OpenCart, provide your site url, access to the admin panel and access to files via FTP or SSH protocol. But this is not necessary. If your problem is urgent, please start the message with the phrase "Urgent!".

Free support is provided for 1 year (365 days) from the time of purchase the module.

Operation time of the technical support service: Mon-Sat 9:00 - 20:00 (Kyiv time zone). Weekend: Sunday.

Application processing time from 1 hour. and maximum by the end of the current business day, if the application is submitted before 18:00 (Kyiv time zone). Applications submitted after 18:00 will be considered the next business day.
