The extension for cleaning the cache folder in OpenCart 3
The Cache cleaner extension allows you to quickly clean the OpenCart system cache (SEO cache, module settings cache, twig template cache), which is stored in the /storage/cache/ directory. In the upper part of the admin panel, a button is added to remove the cache in one click.
In OpenCart 3, there is an option to delete the twig cache of templates, but there is no function to delete other caches. The working principle of the extension is based on the recursive deletion of all folders and files from the cache directory in OpenCart. This is a very simple method, so the extension does not have any settings.
Clearing the cache is a very necessary function, especially at the stage of development or improvement of the online store, when you need to test new changes, but the cache prevents you from doing this. Now you can delete all files from OpenCart cache by one click.
Extension installation instructions:
Upload the extension in the admin panel in the "Extensions" : "Install".
Go to the "Modifications" section and update the cache.
Go to the "Dashboard" section and update the template cache (only for OpenCart 3).
A button for clearing the cache will appear in the header of the admin, next to the profile picture.

I found the correct folder to check and confirmed that the plugin cleared the cache instantly.
Thank you for your help...

Hello,
First of all, thank you for the plugin.
I would be glad if there is someone authorized to answer my question.
I installed this plugin, it did not give any errors during and after the installation phase, I even looked at the log records and there was nothing there either.
How and where can I check on my host to confirm whether this plugin is working or not? When I open the File manager section on my hosting panel and check many folders in the storage section, I see that nothing has changed. Or maybe I'm looking at the wrong section?
Best Regards

I already wrote in the previous message that I went through these stages without any problems. My goal was just to find out where to look to confirm if it was deleting the cache or not.

In OpenCart 3, the 'cache' directory is typically located in the 'storage' directory outside the web root directory.
OpenCart 3 moves the storage directory outside the web root for security reasons. The location of this directory can vary based on your specific setup, but commonly it is placed one level up from the web root.
Check the config.php file in your OpenCart root folder for the path to the storage directory. Look for lines like:
define('DIR_STORAGE', '/path/to/your/storage/');
