The coupon contains the details of the seller and the buyer, the name of the product, its serial number, manufacturer, date of sale and other data.

The extension adds a "Serial Number" field for products in the order. As soon as a serial number is assigned to a specific product from the order, the buyer will receive a warranty card. It all works as follows:

1. In the module settings, you need to create a warranty card template and substitute variables from the provided list, instead of which certain data will be substituted, such as data about the buyer and the product from the order. The warranty card template is html content, you can add text, tables and images, and format them. Based on this template, all warranty cards in the store will be created.
2. In the order view form in the admin, the manager adds a serial number for the product in the order (the module adds a special field for entering serial numbers). As soon as the serial number is added to the product in the order - the buyer will receive an email message with an attached warranty card, and will also be able to download or print the invoice at any time from the personal account in the store (if these options are enabled)

In the warranty card, you can write the terms of use of the goods, warranty obligations, rules of return, maintenance and repair. You can also add any other necessary information, such as addresses of service centers and their contacts.

Providing customers with a warranty card is one of the necessary functions for stores on OpenCart that sell technically complex products, such as household appliances or electronics. An electronic warranty card will save the seller from unnecessary trouble with paper documents and sending them to the buyer, thus saving time and money.
