Merge attributes in OpenCart

The Attribute Remap extension for OpenCart is designed to create rules for combining attributes, as well as combining similar attribute values into one single value. This option may be necessary if your products have the same attributes or their values are written differently. To prevent several similar attribute values, which are actually the same parameter, from being displayed in the product filter on the website, you should combine them into a single value.

Our OpenCart attribute manager allows you to quickly merge attributes or their values. By creating a set of synonyms for a specific attribute value, all these values in different products will be reduced to a single correct option. Merging attribute values occurs by replacing all synonyms with the specified value. To get rid of duplicate attributes, the list of attribute value synonyms can be supplemented at any time.

Combining or replacing attributes and their values in OpenCart products is performed automatically by clicking a button in the module. You can also integrate the remapping launch into your product import or update module by calling the CRON link that the module provides. Or perform remapping at a certain frequency by installing CRON tasks on the hosting.

Each attribute synonym (duplicate) or attribute value should be added from a new line. You can choose from existing attribute values, or you can manually record different possible values, even if they are not yet in the products.

Module installation instructions:

Upload the module in the admin panel in the "Extensions" : "Install".
Go to the "Modifications" section and update the cache.
Go to the "Dashboard" section and update the template cache.
Go to the "Extensions" : "Extensions" : "Modules" and enable the module.
Edit module. Enable the status of the module and adjust all its options to your needs and save the settings.
Check module operation.

Гарно придумали, дуже необхідна функція, після імпорту постачальників дає можливість упорядкувати атрибути для фільтру. Налаштував все для автоматичної роботи по крону і тепер не потрібно нічого робити вручну після кожного оновлення товарів. Реалізація і інтерфейс зрозумілий - це великий плюс для таких модулів, тому й купив.
