Hide Admin Login Form is a security module for protecting the OpenCart administrative panel from unauthorized access and automated brute force password attacks.
Extension Highlights
Hiding the admin panel from scanners and bots
Protection against brute force attacks on the authorization form
Monitoring unauthorized access attempts
Full compatibility with OpenCart functionality
The module hides the admin panel login form behind a secret key. Access to the administrative section is only possible through a special URL with the correct parameter. This effectively protects against brute force attacks, scanners and bots that search for standard admin paths.
The core functionality features flexible configuration through the admin panel, automatic generation of complex alphanumeric keys and convenient copying of the protected URL. The module logs all access attempts with recording of IP addresses, User Agent and time, allowing monitoring of malicious activity.
Technically, the module works through automatic modification of OpenCart system files using OCMOD, which ensures full compatibility with the platform's core functionality. All settings are stored in the database, and when the module is removed, the system returns to its original state.
The solution is ideal for online stores with enhanced security requirements, corporate projects and any OpenCart sites that need additional protection of the administrative panel from unauthorized access.
